- Application form data — Your name, email address, phone number, artist/band name, genre, social media links, streaming links, biography, and any additional information you include in your application.
- Uploaded files — Press photos, EPKs, rider documents, or other files you submit as part of your application.
- Communications — Messages exchanged via email, SMS, or Telegram as part of the management relationship.
- Usage data — Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction timestamps collected automatically when you access our portal.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Artist management services — Booking gigs, pitching venues, managing your calendar, negotiating with bookers, and handling communications on your behalf.
- AI-assisted processing — Your application data, communications, and artist profile are processed by AI models to generate venue pitches, analyze booking inquiries, draft responses, and optimize management strategies.
- Application review — Evaluating your application for management representation.
- Communication — Sending you updates about your application status, booking opportunities, and management activities.
- Service improvement — Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve our platform and management processes.
AI-Assisted Services Disclosure
Holler Management uses artificial intelligence as a core part of our service delivery. AI models process your artist profile, communications, and booking data to perform management tasks including venue pitching, email drafting, inquiry qualification, and negotiation. Human team members oversee AI operations and handle edge cases. By applying for and engaging with our management services, you acknowledge and consent to AI-assisted processing of your data.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
- Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting for storing application data, artist profiles, venue information, and booking records.
- Resend — Email infrastructure for sending and receiving management communications, application confirmations, and booking correspondence.
- Cloudflare R2 — Object storage for uploaded files including press photos, EPKs, and documents.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI language model used for processing communications, generating pitches, analyzing inquiries, and assisting with management operations.
- Vercel — Web hosting and serverless infrastructure for our application portal and API.
- Twilio — SMS messaging for artist communication and notifications.
SMS Communications & Consent
Holler Management uses SMS messaging to communicate with artists and industry contacts as part of our management services. By initiating a text message to our business phone number at (720) 741-6674, you consent to receive SMS messages from us at the number you use to contact us.
- Message types — Booking coordination, scheduling confirmations, and management communications.
- Frequency — Message frequency varies based on activity. We will not send more messages than necessary.
- Opt-out — Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Costs — Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for SMS messages.
- No sharing — We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including for the duration of any management relationship. Application data for candidates not selected for representation is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Booking records and financial data are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
