SMS Opt-In Disclosure
Holler Management (“Holler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers SMS messaging to artists and contacts as part of our management services. By initiating a text message conversation with us at (720) 741-6674, you consent to receive SMS messages from Holler Management at the phone number you use to contact us.
How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Holler Management by initiating a text message to our phone number. We do not send unsolicited messages. Your consent begins when you send us your first text message, and you may revoke it at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.
Types of Messages
Once you have opted in, you may receive SMS messages related to the following:
- Booking coordination — Messages related to scheduling gigs, confirming venue details, and coordinating logistics for performances.
- Scheduling confirmations — Confirmations, reminders, and updates regarding upcoming bookings, rehearsals, and management appointments.
- Customer support — Responses to your inquiries, account updates, and general management communication.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and management needs. You may receive multiple messages per week during active booking periods, or fewer during quieter times. We will not send more messages than necessary to support our management services.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Holler Management. You may opt back in at any time by texting us again.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Holler Management does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Your phone number and SMS communication data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
